Step 1: Complete Application
Email us for the application form at wineanddesigncorporate@gmail.com and let us know which city and state you are interested in franchising.
Step 2: Evaluation of Application
We evaluate your application, financial statements, credit and background information. If you meet our requirements, we will schedule a telephone interview with you.
Step 3: Telephone Interview
A telephone interview is conducted by our Franchise Qualification Specialist. If you meet our requirements, we extend to you an invitation to attend our franchise presentation at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
Step 4: Visit Corporate Headquarters
You will attend our corporate office in Raleigh, NC to tour the facility and meet the owners. You will be given more valuable knowledge about the concept and what a Wine and Design franchise is all about. You will need to sit through a painting class one evening at the corporate location as well so you can get a visual image of what each night is like.
Step 5: Award Notification
Within 7 days of meeting at the corporate office, we will notify you of our decision to award you a franchise. If you are awarded a franchise, you must execute your agreement within 60 days.
Step 6: Execute Contract & Attend Orientation
You are ready to sign! You must travel back to our corporate office to execute your franchise agreement, sign any documents if needed, pay the franchise fee, and attend pre-opening orientation.
Step 7: Pre-Opening Process
You will follow our pre-opening orientation process where you will be given our Wine and Design Operations Manual. You must start looking for a location and start training with us right away.
Step 8: Training
Training with us is an important step to getting your franchise started. You will schedule times to meet at our Corporate location to go through the manual and learn all business aspects of how to run your Wine and Design. Your artists and staff will eventually need to come train with us as well to go over their assigned duties. The training process will be taught by the two owners or manager of the Corporate location so that they can provide you with as much knowledge as possible. Your manual will be your best guide and should be able to answer any questions you may have. After training, we are always here to answer questions along the way and assist you in the best ways we can!
Step 9: Opening
We will look forward to attending your Grand Opening and kicking your business off the right way! Some of our Franchise Field Consultants are dispatched to your store for 3 days to assist with opening your location.
