Having your private party at WINE AND DESIGN is a unique, fun way for your guests to relax and share in a common experience!
Painting is fun, calming, and helps enhance communication. We provide the materials, you bring the guests and the beverages.
No planning, no cleanup, no sky-high restaurant bill! You’ll all leave with a beautiful reminder of a fun night out. Whatever the group
you’re getting together, for whatever occasion, WINE AND DESIGN is here to make your party stress free and fun…so you can enjoy it, too!

Private Party Information

We have 3 Painting Party Studio areas for you to host your next event.

1. Our Small Party Room can hold 10-13 guests.(10 person minimum to reserve)

2. Our Main Studio can hold 13-35 guests (13 person minimum to reserve)

3. Our NEW Outside Studio over looking Downtown Raleigh holds 10-25 guests (10 person minimum to reserve)

1. ◦For any private party reservation, the minimum number of guests the space holds is the required # to complete the reservation.
2. ◦Your group will get to pick the painting that they would like to do for the party.
3. ◦We will require a credit card to hold a reservation but will not be charged any deposit.
4. ◦You must cancel within 10 days or else you will still be charged for the minimum person requirement listed above.
5. ◦You may bring in any of your favorite drinks, snacks, catering, decorations, or anything you need to make your event the best
  it can be!
6. ◦You may arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up and mingle with guests before the painting session begins.
7. ◦We can do private parties anytime during the day or evenings depending on our availability.
8. ◦The cost is $35.00 per guest attending the party.

Fundraisers

WINE AND DESIGN will always donate 25% of the night’s proceeds back to the cause. We are glad to help out such great organizations
and be a part of the local community. We have held several fundraisers for non-profit organizations or even local societies; we are up for
anything! Majority of fundraisers are held on Sunday afternoons or evenings with a 15 person minimum.
The event will include a 2 hour painting session and time before and after to make presentations or toasts if necessary.

Wine and Design on WHEELS!

We will be glad to bring the creativity directly to you! All you have to do is provide the tables & chairs and the appropriate amount of
space to hold everyone! We will bring all supplies needed & can set it up right there for you. Sometimes it’s hard to get out of town guests
to come to us, so let us bring it to you! There must be a 20 person minimum for off-site events and there is a traveling fee from $50.00 – $200.00 depending on the location and distance from our studio.
